Coffee and a kitchenette area in good-sized and newly decorated rooms were awesome. And it included a reasonably clean bathroom. The hotel location was good in a really quiet area.

The food was good - lots of options. My bed was comfortable and the room was well-equipped with comfy beds. The location was quiet, near restaurants and shopping and family friendly beaches, lovely riverside walks and a short drive from Byron Bay and easily accessible.

Incredibly comfortable location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Pretty close to the airport, 0.5 miles. Nice pool, parking on site. Everything very good. Value for money as opposed to other options.

Value for money, considering that everything is nice. A cute little and nicely appointed hotel and the rooms are newly renovated. This property has marvellous and beautiful location close to the river for leisurely walks. It's also just off east Ballina. A comfortable bar does the trick.

The value for money at Palms Boutique Motel was exceptional, the room exceeded all expectations and had every amenity one could ask for. The location was peaceful with beautiful walking paths nearby and the staff treated me with warmth and care.
